Hey Staff, what a year it has been. As we look forward to the new year, I want us to reflect on 2017 and look forward to 2018. Please fill out the below before you meet with me. It's a chance to look back on the past year and look forward to the new year. A lot of changing in our staff and I want to make sure we communicate as much as possible and set expectation. Are you currently developing someone who can become a team lead in your ministry lane? Do you see leadership potential in someone that you'd like to start developing in 2018?
Do you currently have full buy in to Solid Rock's vision to make disciples, train leaders and plant churches? How well and often do you articulate the vision?
Explain some meetings that you ran this year; what teams were they for, who came, how did they go?. Did you feel equipped to run those meetings?
