Leadership inventory

The below is a 6-month inventory for leadership at Solid Rock Church. This is a simple, but encompassing, tool that helps leaders strive towards development in main character and competencies that we look for in leadership. When you've finished this, your lead will schedule a meeting to recap and discuss your inventory.

At Solid Rock Church we practice the following as disciplines: Read Scripture, Give Generously, Pray to Father, and Forgive. How are you doing in these disciplines? Are they helping you connect with Yahweh? (Keep in mind that your identity isn't found in how well you perform these disciplines, this is to help you gauge areas of growth.)

COMPENTENCY IN LEADERSHIP
Are you currently making disciples? Keep in mind healthy relationships, disciplines, rhythms and mission. Who are you currently discipling? What are you currently celebrating in Discipleship? Explain a time you shared the Gospel with someone recently.
Are you currently developing someone who can become a team lead in the future? Do you see leadership potential in someone that you'd like to start developing soon?
Do you currently have full buy in to Solid Rock's vision to make disciples, train leaders and plant churches? How well and often do you articulate the vision?
Explain some meetings that you ran recently; what teams were they for, who came, how did they go?. Did you feel equipped to run those meetings?
