Paid Time Off is available for both part-time and full-time staff positions at Solid Rock Network. Employees are encouraged to use Paid Time Off for rest and leisure. As a Network, each position has a specified amount of available PTO days as based on their part-time or full-time status. At this time, we do not offer paid sick leave or paid vacation.

Please complete the form below to request your Paid Time Off. After the form is submitted, you will receive notice of approval from your supervisor. Unless there is an emergency, we ask all requests to be completed at least one week in advance.

Once approved, we ask that everyone follows the proper communication expectations regarding their availability, as outlined below.
