2. Know Your Role — Understand the two barista positions—Order Taker and Maker—and how they work together while practicing proactive hospitality, speed, and craft.

3. Strike-In & Strike-Out — Learn how to prepare the coffee cart before service, keep the station clean and organized, and properly shut everything down when service ends.
